Doncasters, Blaenavon, Pontypool, phase one suspended ceiling, floors, electrics and lighting.

Doncasters offices in Blaenavon required new suspended ceiling and flooring, along with new oak core doors.

Phase one.

Office 1,2 and 3 required 18sq metres of 24mm grid and Armstrong fine fissured square edging tile 600 x 600. 18sq metres of altro flooring. Lighting and electrics consisted of 600×600 lay in grid NVC luminaries with CAT 2 diffusors and tubes, to include cable and trunking, the offices are to have appropriate emergency lighting and fittings.

The Main corridor required suspended ceilings, flooring and electrical  for 40sq metres.

The offices and main corridor were completed in December 2013.

Phase two.

The ground floor office blocks required 10 office doors, of solid oak core, with a vision panel, locks and handles, door closure kick locks and floor stops. Two purpose double solid oak core doors with vision panels, completed the entrance area. Lobby doors, kitchen and toilet doors followed.

All adequate health and safety measures were in place, RAMS and up to date Insurances.
