The offices of the Wales Millennium Centre have been updated by MSM to make better use of the office space. With a growing workforce employees required more working areas as well as general decoration refurbishments in their offices. Our expertise revamped the space with new partitioning, ceilings, flooring and decoration. The finished offices provide a practical working space for staff as well as creating a stylish and modern working environment.

The millennium centre offices had a demountable partition system which could be used over and over again. MSM removed existing partitions as necessary and rebuilt in a new format where possible. New Tenon fire and sound partitioning was installed as required to form several new offices with integral blinds for privacy as well as creating an entrance corridor.
The offices have been transformed making the best use of space by creating new working areas finished to the high standard expected for the impressive Millennium Centre. The new system provides the extra office space staff required while the glass partitioning allows them to keep the feeling of space. Tenon fire and sound partitioning was the perfect choice with its excellent acoustic properties making it ideal for private meeting rooms.

The finishing touch
The old suspended ceiling was taken down and replaced with new along with new carpet tiled flooring to match with existing. New electrical, lighting and decoration works were carried out throughout the offices. With the building having such a unique exterior, MSM were able to ensure the inside also reflected their, dynamic and stylish image, providing a practical space as well as an environment staff would enjoy.

- Take down and re install existing partitioning where possible
- Supply and install Tenon fire and sound partitioning
- Supply and fit new office doors through out, with vision panels and furniture locking systems

- New office carpet tiles to match the existing pattern
- Complete office redecoration
- Install new electrical and lighting works
