Warehouse refurbishment costs minimised in large project
Msm recently provided the perfect solution for our manufacturing client. Our team helped them streamline their large warehouse to make the best possible use of the space available.
Using Tenon partitioning Msm separated the warehouse into various workable spaces including new office space, a meeting room and entrance lobby. Along with a new structural opening.
New suspended ceilings and an apex wall along with new lighting were also installed.
At its highest point of 7.3m a large centre partition was installed, using a metal stud frame. The walls of the warehouse were covered with stud wall framing, along with 2 layers of plaster board.
Suspended Ceiling
285 Square metres of suspended ceiling were installed to include insulation and lighting.
Internal offices and meeting rooms
Internal offices and a meeting room were created using Tenon partitioning and glass modules to allow employees to see out into the warehouse while still ensuring the privacy of their office. Tenon fire and sound partitioning is one of the most popular performance partition systems available with its high level of fire and sound performance as well as a high degree of choice in design options.
A suspended ceiling was installed to the office areas. along with oak doors and lighting. Muraspec décor completed the transformation. The staff now benefit from a comfortable and practical work space
An entrance lobby was installed to the outside of the building with partitioning, cladded walls and décor to complete.
A new structural opening was incorporated. And 2 roller shut doors were installed will full electrical controls. The company logo was added for the finishing touch.
The completed project has provided a tailored space meeting the directors requirements, creating an environment that provides functional and comfortable office areas as well as maintaining the large warehouse space.
